WHOOP

The WHOOP connection lets Milo read recovery, sleep and strain. These are the categories exposed by the connection; do not treat it as a promise of every metric in the WHOOP app or substitute a step count for strain.

Authorize WHOOP

If WHOOP is available in Connections in the Milo app, select it and complete WHOOP's authorization flow. Review the requested access and return to check that the connection completed. Availability can be restricted for particular accounts; a missing or unavailable connection is not resolved by sharing your WHOOP password.

Compare a useful period

Compare my recovery, sleep and strain across the last week. Show which records belong to each day or cycle, and flag missing data rather than treating it as zero.

WHOOP organizes relevant data around cycles, which need not align neatly with midnight. When travel or night work matters, include that context and ask Milo to retain the source dates and time information.

Keep interpretation bounded

The connection reads WHOOP data and does not write changes back. Check that your device has synchronized before drawing conclusions from a gap. Ask Milo to distinguish recorded scores from its explanation of a pattern, and compare surprising results with the original WHOOP record.
