Privacy and your data

Milo uses the information you provide and the account access you authorize to carry out your requests. The application privacy policy explains connected Google and Microsoft data, messaging surfaces, browser and computer work, AI processing, retention and deletion.

Use that policy for the current details that apply to the Milo application.

Review the data involved in a task

Consider the source information, the destination audience and the tools used. A task may involve messages, documents, browser page contents or information visible during computer work.

Optional camera or screen sharing in voice conversations adds another source of information when enabled. Review those controls and their policy details before using them.

Understand provider processing

The policy distinguishes specific commitments for Google and Microsoft data from broader AI-provider processing terms. Review the sections relevant to your data and the applicable provider terms. Do not assume that one statement describes every source, feature and provider.

Choose the right control

You want to… Start with…
Stop access to an account Disconnect the connection or revoke provider permissions.
Stop work in a messaging space Remove the app from that space or ask the administrator.
Understand or delete stored information The application policy and support process.
Request deletion of merchant commerce data Hexagon's corporate deletion instructions.

Disconnecting and deletion are different actions. Work records or previously stored information may remain after access is disconnected.

For privacy questions, use the contact listed in the applicable policy and identify the product and account involved without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
