Manage your subscription

Manage a Milo subscription in Settings → Billing. That is the place to review your account's subscription and the available management or cancellation options.

The current price, currency and included usage are shown when you subscribe. Public plan information is available on the pricing page.

When billing starts

The Starter trial starts without a card. A payment card is required when you choose a paid plan.

Choice during your trial When you are charged
Choose Starter Billing begins when the trial ends, including if you use its allowance early.
Choose Pro or Max The selected plan starts and is charged immediately, ending the trial.
Choose no paid plan You move to Free when the trial ends, without a charge.

You can also subscribe after the trial. Read the price, currency and timing shown before confirming your choice.

Change or cancel a subscription

Open Settings → Billing to manage or cancel the subscription. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. After making a change, check the subscription state and any effective date shown there.

A plan change you request can adjust the bill immediately, including prorated charges or credits shown when you make the change.

Usage-driven upgrades have different timing: when a paid Starter or Pro account uses its monthly allowance, Milo automatically moves it up a plan and the new price begins at the next renewal. Max pauses at its limit until usage resets. See Plans and usage for the allowance details.

When something looks wrong

If a charge, plan or renewal date is unexpected, compare the billing screen with the confirmation from the relevant provider. Contact support with the account email, approximate time, plan and a description of the discrepancy.

Do not include a full card number, security code or payment credentials in a support message.

Keep product billing distinct

Milo subscriptions and enterprise or other Hexagon product agreements can have different billing arrangements. Do not assume that a balance or payment for one product covers another. Ask the account owner or Hexagon to confirm the applicable agreement.
