Company Brain
Company Brain brings company knowledge, context and memory together so AI work can account for how the business operates. It is the context foundation for Hexagon's enterprise offering.
A useful answer often needs more than a matching document. It needs to connect what happened, what depends on it and which decisions still apply.
Three kinds of context
| Layer | Question it helps answer |
|---|---|
| Connected knowledge | What do the source records say? |
| Context graph | How are these facts, people and tasks related? |
| Decisions and memory | What was agreed, why, and within what limits? |
Follow an example
A team is preparing to launch a new service. The project plan has a target date. A checklist records unfinished training. An operations decision requires training before final approval.
Asking “Can we launch?” should bring those pieces together. A useful answer identifies the remaining work, the approval owner and the supporting records. Completing training changes the task status; it does not automatically grant approval.
Start with one workflow
Identify the sources, people and decisions needed for a recurring question. Include the records that explain exceptions and dependencies, not only the final summary.
Then test whether the resulting answer supports the team's next action. Can a reviewer trace the evidence and see what remains unresolved?
Company Brain is configured as part of an enterprise implementation. Discuss required systems, access and availability with Hexagon rather than assuming every source is present in every account.
