Meetings and calendar

With the calendar permissions you grant, Milo can help read your schedule and create or update events. It can also prepare a meeting brief from the information available to your account.

Treat meeting preparation and calendar changes as separate outcomes in your request.

Prepare a meeting brief

Prepare me for tomorrow's customer review. Summarize their priorities, our open commitments and the questions we need to resolve. Use the latest conversation and proposal, and include the sources.

Review the date and participants, then check whether the brief includes any decisions made after the proposal was written. A useful brief leaves open questions visible.

Ask for a time

Include the people who must attend, meeting length, date range, time zone and constraints.

Find options for a 30-minute review with Ana and Leo next week, between 1pm and 5pm Pacific. Prepare the options for me before creating an event.

If Milo cannot access someone's availability, it needs another source or their response. Access to your calendar does not automatically establish every attendee's availability.

Check an event change

Before authorizing a change, review the calendar, participants, start and end times, time zone, location or call link, and whether attendees will receive an update.

After the action, check the resulting calendar event. If the result is uncertain, inspect the calendar before requesting the same event again to avoid duplicates.

For a recurring coordination process, define its schedule and approval boundary separately. See Recurring work.
