Documents and presentations
Milo can help prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations using the file access and tools available to your account. Give it the source material, intended audience and the decision the artifact should support.
Specify the deliverable
Prepare a six-slide project review from the proposal and the team's latest notes. Cover the business case, current progress, open risks and the next decision. Preserve the approved scope and flag numbers that need verification.
For a document, state the expected length and structure. For a spreadsheet, identify the relevant period, units, formulas or totals you need checked. For slides, explain who will read them and what they should understand afterward.
Preserve the source meaning
Ask Milo to distinguish a proposal from an approved commitment and a target from a confirmed date. Keep evidence attached to important claims, especially when several people contributed context.
If two documents disagree, decide which source governs before polishing the final wording.
Review the artifact
Check calculations and totals, source dates, names, commitments and any placeholders. Open the actual file to review its layout, charts and pagination where relevant; a summary of the file is not a substitute for checking it.
Request a focused revision
Move training before launch in the rollout section. Keep the approved scope and the business-case figures unchanged. Update the related notes so they match.
When sharing is part of the task, identify the destination and people who should receive access. Connected file permissions and your instructions determine which changes are available.
