Email and follow-ups
Milo can help read, organize and draft email using the account access you grant. Available actions depend on the connected provider and permissions.
Begin with the conversation, recipient and outcome. If you have several inboxes, identify the account that belongs to this task.
Prepare a customer follow-up
Draft a reply to the latest message from our customer about the rollout. Use the approved proposal and yesterday's notes. Include the agreed next steps and owners. Flag any new commitment for my review, and do not send yet.
This request gives Milo a source, a deliverable and a clear sending boundary.
Review the draft
Check the recipient and sending account, the customer's latest question, names and dates, and any attached or linked material. Make sure the draft distinguishes an agreed commitment from a proposal that still needs approval.
For example, “We are targeting Tuesday, pending the readiness review” means something different from “We will launch Tuesday.” Preserve that distinction when editing for brevity.
Give the next instruction
Once you have checked the draft, state what should happen next. If the recipient, account or attachment changes, include that change explicitly.
Milo acts according to your instructions and available access. Whether a separate confirmation appears can depend on the action and your instructions; state a review requirement in the task when you need one.
When context is missing
Ask Milo to list missing information rather than invent it. An unavailable proposal, uncertain contact or unresolved price exception is a reason to complete the context before sending.
