Every plan is the full Milo. Free has a one-time starter allowance. Plus, Pro and Max add a monthly allowance and more active projects with each plan, and Pro and Max can connect extra email inboxes.

On Free, the starter allowance does not refill, so choose a plan to keep going. On a paid plan, Milo moves you to a higher plan if it has enough capacity. If no higher plan covers your usage, usage pauses until your allowance resets.

Messaging is charged only when the customer confirms an AI answer resolved the ticket. We wait seven days before the fee is earned. A follow-up within those seven days reopens the ticket and cancels confirmation. Handoffs, unresolved tickets and timeouts are not charged.

Voice is billed by the second for time with the AI, rounded once per call to the nearest cent. Ringing and human support are excluded. Continuing a pending chat ticket by phone removes its chat fee; already-earned chat fees stay due. Your phone provider bills its fees separately. Live voice and other countries are not included.

Earned charges are combined at $20 or after each calendar month. Smaller balances carry forward until the card minimum is reached.

Your current agreement keeps its terms. Prepaid credits remain a separate option billed by AI usage; choosing them does not enroll you in outcome billing.

A paid Shopify order attributed to Sales Agent and verified by your connected store. Clicks, carts, unpaid orders and checkout links are not completed sales.

The fee is 8.5% of the goods subtotal before discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Earned fees remain due if the order is later refunded, canceled or charged back. Fees are billed in the order currency, USD or BRL.

There is no Hexagon token fee. Messaging, carrier and payment-provider fees billed directly by your providers remain separate.
