Asana
Connect Asana to let Milo read tasks and, with the appropriate access and your instructions, create, complete or comment on them.
Connect Asana
Create an Asana personal access token and enter it in Connections → Asana in Milo. Use the account that can access the relevant workspace and projects.
After connecting, ask for a known task. Check the workspace and project, since similar task titles can occur in several places.
Review the workload
Read the incomplete tasks in the named launch project. Group them by owner, show recorded due dates and link each task. Flag dependencies that are explicitly stated; do not invent them.
For a new task, include its destination project, title, description, owner and due date when known. For a comment or completion, identify the task link and exact action. Ask for your review first if that is how the team handles updates.
Keep task meaning intact
A task being assigned does not establish that the owner has accepted the work. A missing due date is not permission to choose one. Keep these distinctions in summaries and proposed changes.
The token can reach only the Asana resources permitted to its account. If a project is unavailable, fix its sharing or connection before creating substitute tasks elsewhere.
