Jira
Connect Jira to use the issues visible to your Atlassian account. Give Milo a project, issue key or link so it can work within the correct Jira site and project.
Provide the site and credential
Create an Atlassian API token under your account's Security → API tokens settings. In Connections → Jira in Milo, enter the token, account email and Jira site, such as your-team.atlassian.net.
Use the same account that has access to the issues you want Milo to read. A valid token cannot bypass Jira project permissions.
Turn issue data into a review
For the named project, list the unresolved release blockers. Include each issue key, status, assignee and target date where present. Link the issues and distinguish missing dates from overdue work.
If you need one issue reviewed, provide its key instead of a broad search. Confirm that statuses belong to the correct workflow before interpreting them as completed or blocked.
Permissions vary by connection method
Jira's available OAuth authorization is read-only for work and user information. API-token access follows the account and token permissions. Do not assume a successful read includes permission to change an issue.
For an intended update, specify the exact field and value, and ask Milo to confirm what the connected access supports before treating the change as complete.
