Trello
Milo can work with the Trello boards, lists and cards available to your connection. A useful board task identifies the board and list, rather than relying on card titles alone.
Connect Trello
Open Trello's Power-Up administration at trello.com/power-ups/admin. Create the API key and generate a token using Trello's offered flow. In Connections → Trello in Milo, enter both values in their respective fields.
The API key and user token serve different roles. Supplying only one does not establish the user's board access.
Review a board
Read the cards in the “In progress” list on our named project board. Summarize the next action, assigned members and due date where recorded. Link each card and leave the board unchanged.
For an intended move or edit, identify the exact card and destination list or field. Ask for a preview when you want to approve the change before it reaches the board.
Board access and interpretation
Private boards remain subject to the connected user's permissions. List names are team conventions: “Done” on one board may not mean the same thing on another. Use the board's own definitions when summarizing progress.
A missing card may be archived or outside the token's reach; verify before recreating it.
