Kommo
Connect Kommo to read leads and tasks, move a lead through a pipeline when instructed, and use supported lead-stage updates in follow-up work.
Create the integration token
A Kommo administrator creates a private integration under Settings → Integrations → Create integration. In Keys and scopes, choose Generate long-lived token.
Open Connections → Kommo in Milo. Enter the token and your account name from your Kommo address: for your-team.kommo.com, the account name is your-team. Use the expiry selected when the token was created; replace the token when it expires.
Review before moving a lead
Find the lead for Example Company in the named pipeline. Show its current stage, owner and outstanding tasks. Tell me what information is missing before moving it to the next stage.
For a stage change, name the lead and destination stage explicitly. Do not treat a draft recommendation as a completed CRM update.
Define ongoing work separately
If you want Milo to react to a stage change, specify the relevant pipeline, condition and output. For example, request a draft handoff checklist when a lead reaches a named stage. A connection supplies access; it does not decide who should be contacted or what should be sent.
Account permissions and token expiry still govern each operation.
