Open Milo

Notion

Milo can use the Notion pages and databases shared with its connection. It can read accessible material and work with pages or blocks where the integration has the required permissions.

Choose the content to share

Open Connections → Notion and complete Notion's authorization flow. Select the workspace and pages you intend Milo to use. A successful connection is not access to every page in that workspace.

Start by asking for a known page. If it cannot be found, check that the page was shared with the integration and that you chose the right workspace. An empty search is not evidence that the workspace contains no relevant information.

Read first, then identify the change

Find the onboarding checklist in Notion. Summarize the steps that mention account setup and link the page. Do not change it yet.

For an edit, identify the page and the specific content to add or replace. Ask for a preview if you want to review the wording before it changes the shared document.

Respect page boundaries

A private page, a parent page and a database can have different access. Adding a personal Notion connection does not automatically make the content a Company Brain source. Use Company connections to understand the separate shared-source setup.

When a page moves or permissions change, verify its availability again rather than assuming the old connection still reaches it.
