Asaas
Connect Asaas so Milo can work with charges and customer payment status. The connection supports creating charges, checking what has been paid or is overdue, and receiving supported payment-status updates.
Connect an authorized key
In Asaas, open Integrações → Chaves de API and create a key for the account you intend to use. Enter it in Connections → Asaas in Milo. Check the account and environment before asking for a financial action.
For a first check, ask Milo to read an existing charge whose status you know. Keep the key in the connection form rather than the conversation.
Define the charge or follow-up
Find the charge for Example Company due this week. Show the customer, amount, currency, due date and current payment status. Draft a reminder for review if it is still unpaid.
For a new charge, supply the exact customer, value, payment method and due date. Make clear whether to prepare it for review or complete the action. Provider eligibility still applies to payment methods such as Pix.
Interpret status carefully
A created charge is not proof of payment. Use the provider's current status and payment confirmation. Notifications depend on the connected account and event delivery; check the charge before repeating an action after a delayed response.
An ongoing overdue follow-up needs an explicit rule for recipients, timing and review.
