Tally

Use the Tally connection to read forms and submissions with Milo. It is useful for turning incoming requests into a concise review list while preserving what each person actually submitted.

Add your Tally key

Create an API key under Settings → API keys in Tally. Open Connections in the Milo app, choose Tally, and enter the key in its connection form. Confirm that the connected account has access to the relevant form. Keep the key out of form answers, chat messages and exported lists.

Review an intake queue

Read submissions to our event-request form from this week. Group them by requested date, flag missing information and show the submission reference. Draft questions for our team to review; do not contact anyone.

Name the form and specify the time period. If several forms collect similar requests, identify which one should define the report.

Preserve the meaning of a submission

A submitted request is not an approved booking or a completed business action. Check dates, duplicate submissions and missing fields before using the output to make a commitment. Milo's documented Tally connection reads forms and submissions; it does not establish form publishing or automatic response sending. Share only the personal information needed by the people handling the request.
