Pipedrive
Milo can read the deals, contacts and activities accessible through your Pipedrive connection. Use it to prepare for a conversation or identify gaps in a named deal's follow-up plan.
Connect the CRM
Find your Pipedrive API token under Personal preferences → API. In Milo, open Connections → Pipedrive and enter the token. Use the account whose pipelines and records you intend to work with.
Confirm the connection by requesting a specific deal. If a deal is missing, check the account and its visibility before creating a duplicate.
Ask for an actionable review
Review the open deals in the named pipeline that have no next activity. Show the deal, owner and last recorded activity, with source links. Draft a proposed next step for each; do not change records or contact customers.
Identify the pipeline and reporting date. A missing next activity is a data condition; it does not prove the owner has done no work elsewhere.
Bound the next action
The API token's permissions and your Pipedrive account determine available actions. When you want a record changed, name the exact deal and field rather than asking Milo to “clean up” the entire pipeline.
Reconnect with a new token if the original is revoked. Treat broad reports as incomplete if provider limits or record permissions exclude part of the pipeline.
