# Typeform

Read forms and responses from Typeform with Milo.

Connect Typeform to review the forms and responses available to your account. Milo can help summarize a survey or intake form while keeping the underlying questions and answers visible.

## Connect Typeform

Create a personal token under **Account → Personal tokens** in Typeform. In the [Milo app](https://app.joinhexagon.com), open **Connections**, choose **Typeform**, and enter the token in the connection form. Use an account with access to the intended form. Do not paste the token into a response, prompt or shared document.

## Ask for a grounded summary

> Summarize responses to this feedback form from the last two weeks. Group recurring themes, distinguish direct answers from your interpretation, and include the number of responses considered. Do not include respondents' contact details in the summary.

Identify the form and date range. Include the relevant question if the form has changed or several questions sound similar.

## Check completeness and privacy

Review a sample of the original responses and ask Milo to label unanswered questions separately from negative answers. A summary is only as complete as the responses the account can read. This connection documents reading forms and responses; it does not imply form editing, publishing or contacting respondents. Decide who should see the resulting report before sharing it.
