# Shared context across a team

Bring people into one task while preserving the right audience and commitments.

Shared context helps a team work from the same relevant facts and decisions. Milo's team workflows use company knowledge alongside the context people contribute to a task.

Useful sharing begins with a clear audience and a shared deliverable.

## Establish the common task

> Prepare our customer review from the approved proposal and the team's notes. Include the customer's priorities, delivery commitments and unresolved questions. Keep the draft ready for the project team to review.

Identify which sources are approved for the audience. A teammate having access to a document does not mean every person in a channel should receive its contents.

## Preserve each contribution

A client lead may know the customer's priorities, while a delivery owner knows the rollout conditions. Ask Milo to carry both into the result and show conflicts that need a decision.

During revisions, refer to the exact commitment or section that should change. Review the final artifact together so a later edit does not remove an earlier constraint.

## Make handoffs usable

For a handoff, include the current state, next owner, open questions and the decisions that still apply. Link the evidence needed to understand exceptions or approval conditions.

> Prepare a handoff for the new account owner. Distinguish current commitments from proposals and include any exceptions with their expiry dates.

Company context is subject to the knowledge and permissions available to the team. Discuss the required access model during enterprise setup, and review the destination audience before sharing sensitive context.
