# lemlist

Review campaigns, leads and replies from your lemlist account.

Connect lemlist to bring campaign, lead and reply context into a conversation with Milo. It is useful for understanding who responded and what a campaign needs next.

## Add the connection

Create a lemlist API key under **Settings → Integrations**. In the [Milo app](https://app.joinhexagon.com), open **Connections**, choose **lemlist**, and paste the key into its secure connection form. Use the account associated with the campaigns you want to review; never paste the key into a chat message.

## Start with a reply review

> Review replies to our current onboarding campaign from the last seven days. Group questions, interested responses and requests to stop contact. Include the lead and source reply for each item. Draft suggested follow-ups for review without sending them.

Name the campaign and period rather than asking about all outreach at once. Ask Milo to preserve the difference between a lead's reply and an inferred level of interest.

## Keep review separate from sending

This guide describes access to campaigns, leads and replies. A proposed follow-up is a draft until an actual sending action is supported, authorized and confirmed. Check the source conversation and the person's stated preferences before using a suggested message. If records are missing, confirm the connected account and campaign access first.
