# Instantly

Inspect Instantly campaigns, leads and replies in Milo.

The Instantly connection gives Milo context from your campaigns, leads and replies. Use it to review a particular outreach effort and prepare the next decision with the original records close at hand.

## Connect Instantly

Create an API key in Instantly under **Settings → Integrations → API keys**. Open **Connections** in the [Milo app](https://app.joinhexagon.com), select **Instantly**, and enter the key in the connection form. Check that the key belongs to the intended workspace and has access to the information you need. Do not share it in a prompt or exported report.

## Triage a campaign

> Look at replies for the product-demo campaign this week. Separate questions needing an answer, positive responses and requests for no further contact. Link each conclusion to its source and draft a short review list.

Use a campaign name or identifier and a clear date range. A lead appearing in a campaign is not proof that a message was delivered or that the person replied.

## Verify the next step

Inspect the underlying reply before assigning follow-up work. Milo's connection card documents visibility into these records; it does not by itself promise campaign launch or message sending. State explicitly when you want analysis or a draft, and verify any later authorized action separately.
