# Granola

Read your Granola meeting notes, transcripts and action items on demand.

Connect Granola so Milo can read the meeting notes, transcripts and action items your account can access. Milo reads this material when you ask; connecting Granola does not by itself create an automatic meeting-completion workflow.

## Connect your account

Open **Connections → Granola** and complete the offered sign-in flow. Use the Granola account that contains the meeting you want to work with. After returning to Milo, ask for a specific meeting by title and date to confirm access.

## Turn notes into follow-up work

> Read the Granola notes for Tuesday's project review. Separate decisions, open questions and action items. Keep the named owners and due dates, and link the meeting source. Draft a follow-up for my review.

Ask Milo to flag an unstated owner or deadline instead of filling one in. A transcript can support what was said; a summary may leave details out, so specify the source needed for a consequential decision.

## Personal and company access

Your personal Granola connection is separate from a company source. A company administrator can configure shared folders for Company Brain through [Company connections](https://joinhexagon.com/docs/company-connections.md). Connecting your own account is not the same as making all your meetings shared company knowledge.

If a meeting is missing, first check the account, sharing permissions and whether the recording has finished processing.
