# Fathom

Use authorized Fathom call summaries and action items in Milo.

Milo can read Fathom meeting summaries and action items from the account you connect. Use it to prepare a follow-up or compare what was agreed across named calls.

## Availability and connection

The **Fathom** card is offered when its connection flow is available for your account. Existing connections can remain visible for management even when a new connection cannot currently be started.

When the card is available, open it in **Connections** and complete Fathom's authorization. Choose the account that owns or can access the relevant meetings. Then ask Milo to find one meeting you recognize.

## Work from a specific call

> Read the Fathom summary for yesterday's customer review. List commitments, unresolved questions and action items. Include the source and separate the customer's commitments from ours.

For a follow-up, specify whether you want a draft or a delivered message and connect the destination separately. Fathom access alone does not connect your email.

## Timing and visibility

The meeting must be available to the connected Fathom account. Processing and sharing settings can delay or limit what Milo can read. If a summary is not ready, ask Milo to report that state instead of assuming the meeting had no action items.

Connecting the account supplies access to meeting information; define an ongoing task separately if you want Milo to use it in recurring work.
