# Calendly

Read Calendly booking links and upcoming meetings for scheduling context.

Connect Calendly so Milo can see your booking links and upcoming meetings. This is useful when preparing for booked calls or choosing the correct scheduling link to include in a draft.

## Connect Calendly

Create a Calendly personal access token and enter it in **Connections → Calendly** in Milo. Use the Calendly account whose scheduling information you want to share.

After connecting, ask Milo to find a known upcoming booking. Confirm the event type, date and time zone against Calendly before using the result in an external message.

## Work with a booking

> Show my Calendly meetings for tomorrow in my stated time zone. Include the event type and available booking details. Draft a preparation checklist for each.

For a scheduling-link request, name the type of meeting and intended recipient. Milo should use the available link for that event type rather than inventing a URL or assuming all links have the same duration.

## What the connection supplies

This connection provides scheduling reads. Do not infer that it includes creating, cancelling or rescheduling a booking merely because the current meetings can be read. Those actions need their own supported path and authority.

Calendly account permissions and API availability determine which bookings the token exposes. A Calendar connection is separate and may be needed for broader availability questions.
