# Cal.com

Read Cal.com bookings and availability through a connected API key.

Milo can read Cal.com bookings and availability using the API key you authorize. Use it to prepare for meetings or answer a specific scheduling question.

## Connect your scheduling account

In Cal.com, open **Settings → Developer → API keys** and create a key. Enter it in **Connections → Cal.com** in Milo. Check that it belongs to the user or workspace whose bookings you intend to use.

Try a known booking first. Verify its date, time zone and event type, particularly when the account contains several scheduling links.

## Ask a bounded question

> List my Cal.com bookings for next Tuesday in Europe/London time. Include the event type, start time and any available preparation information. Tell me if a booking's details are unavailable.

When comparing availability, supply the time zone and date range. A free interval in one connected service is not necessarily free across every calendar you use.

## Access and action limits

The listed connection promises reads of bookings and availability. It does not by itself promise that Milo can create, cancel or move every Cal.com booking. Ask for a proposed schedule or draft message when you want to review the next step first.

Provider permissions and API limits still apply. Replacing or revoking the key changes future access; it does not undo an action already completed in another service.
